Is shipping included in my order?

Shipping is free for all Australian retail orders over $500, otherwise $14.95 is added.
For Trade orders shipping will be added to your order, please contact our team for more details and a copy of our TRADE catalogue (with product specifications and prices).

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders generally take 2-3 business days to pick and pack. Total shipping times may vary depending on your location. If your order is quite large and/or requires assembly, extra time will be required.
Please note once your order is with our courier we have limited control of the timings for delivery.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from our nominated courier with on-line tracking information (please check your spam folder too!). If there are multiple parcels, they may arrive separately.

I haven't received all my order. Where is the rest?

In some instances the courier splits your order between deliveries (this is beyond our control). We would recommend you check your courier tracking information to verify if this has occurred before contacting us. 
If (according to courier tracking information and your Tansel invoice) you have received all your parcels and believe you have items missing (NB: Bases are usually packed INSIDE your basket or wrapped to the OUTSIDE of one of the parcels to prevent damage) please contact us directly via email or phone 02 9440 9800 and our friendly team will be happy to assist.

Can I pick up from your NSW warehouse?

Yes, it’s possible but is by appointment only (between specific hours and only during the working week). Please contact our team to arrange a date and time in advance.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes, however we will need to quote international freight separately as the volumetric package weight and size of your parcel will vary depending on your location. Please contact our team for International shipping quotes.
